The Memorable Perfume

by Suzy on November 12, 2009

The bottle of memorable collection perfume that i owned….

Perry Ellis 360 Her

I still remember7 year ago, my best friend ‘Carie” have bought me this Perry Ellis 360 Her perfume for my birthday. Today in the early was rushing for work and looking at the which perfume to choose.. finally to get this Perry Ellis for few spray… it so refreshing and i though the perfume scent have fade off because the rest of my perfume have fade off and some have the weird yucky smell… I really like the strong floral smell, i highly recommended this to you if you want something that is very deep and cool scent. 360 by Perry Ellis perfume is a bright fragrance for women. Its sunny nature explores notes of lily, melon, osmanthus, rose, tangerine, lavender, water lily, sage, and lily-of-the-valley. Recommended for daytime wear.

Happy Clinique

The next collection that i have is “Happy To Be” Clinique… I don’t really like the smell.. I just like the word “Happy To Be”… So whenever when i apply the perfume i feel very “Happy”. Clinique Happy To Be by Clinique is a floral fruity fragrance for women. I have two bottle. One is 50ml and another is 100ml. One is from my ex bf and another from my best friend Yao Yao. Both bought me on Valentine’s Day on year 2005.

Flirt Prescriptives

Another from my Sis Law, she said if you want to go out to Flirt. Wear This.. Haha!! whenever i go out to clubbing i will wear this “Flirt” by Prescriptive. … But now.. i have finished and no longer flirting around like usual what i did when i was in college time… If  this perfume is available in market, i will grab another bottle but unfortunately it no longer exist. This new feminine sexy modern and playful fragrance is a sparkling blend of fresh fruits and greens.

All above perfume  are  no longer exist in the market but inside my heart, they still carry very strong scent and memorable in my heart.

What is your best bottle memory scent that you owned?

10 Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

by Suzy on October 12, 2009

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar (苹果醋), or cider vinegar, is one of the most popular alternative health remedies in use today. It has been used since ancient times as a remedy for many different ailments. Hippocrates is said to have used it as an antibiotic.

Most of the health benefits of apple cider vinegar are anecdotal and have not been scientifically confirmed. We make no claims about any of the health benefits listed below but offer them up as a starting point for further research on your part.

Glass of Vinegar

1. When diluted with water 50/50 it is often used as a toner for the face. Caution should be used when applying as cider vinegar is very dangerous to the eyes.

2. A bath of apple cider vinegar is said to reduce the effects of sunburn. The vinegar soaked on a cloth and applied to sunburn may also be used.

3. Many women have tried a douche of apple cider vinegar as a remedy for yeast infections. However, many others claim that vinegar causes or worsens yeast infections. Some say it depends on the brand used.

4. There are many claims that apple cider vinegar is a powerful weight loss aid. Many people use it in salad dressings or drink a tablespoon diluted in a glass of water once or twice per day.

5. It is said to treat dandruff by destroying the fungus Malassezia furfur and restoring the PH balance of the scalp. Some people recommend applying a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar, applying it to the scalp, and leaving it to dry. Others suggest applying a couple of tablespoons of straight vinegar to the scalp and leaving it on for an hour or two before rinsing.

6. It has long been promoted as a remedy for arthritis. The National Arthritis Foundation says apple cider vinegar has not been proven effective against arthritis but is harmless to try.

7. A reported treatment for warts is to soak the affected area for 20 minutes per day in a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water.

8. It is said to be a natural lowerer of bad cholesterol.

9. A teaspoon of cider vinegar in a glass of water per day is said to lower blood pressure.

10. Mother of vinegar, the layer of film that forms on top of the cider, is believed to have antibacterial and antifungal properties.

These ten benefits of apple cider vinegar are just a few of the reported uses for it. Have you used apple cider vinegar with positive or negative results? Post your experiences here and let us know.

Free iPhone 3G @ maxis

iphone3g 419x332 Free iPhone 3G @ maxis

iPhone 3G is finally official landing on Malaysia by Maxis mobile. Very excited news for iPhone lover after waiting for one and half year?

Of course there are also many iPhone lovers can’t wait and bought the unofficial iPhone 3G months ago.

maxis ivalue plans free iphone 500x258 Free iPhone 3G @ maxis

The most cost effective for normal usage user is 12 month contract i-Value 1. RM1510 for the iPhone 3G 8GB price and RM100 commitment. It is quite attractive by looking at this price.

Maxis require advance payment which I think is not necessary. Since subscriber already commit their usage monthly, why still pay advance?

Another thing I dislike is no unlimited data usage offer from all the packages. it look so disappointed especially IT geek like me who spend most of my time surfing net.. lol..

Last but not least , the most interesting part if you are heavy user , you may sign up for the 24 month i-Value 4 for RM375 monthly and you will get the FREE iPhone 3G..
